Description

MCIEAST - MCB Camp Lejeune, NC Regional Contracting Office hereby gives notice of intent to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to CMI, Inc., 316 E. 9 th Street Owensboro, KY 42303-3511 under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition in 10 U.S.C. Section 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. This requirement is for (1) Intoxilyzer 9000 for Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M6700118Q1286) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
