- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Texas Veterans Healthcare System, Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Program Office, located at the Temple, TX VA Medical Center is seeking a contractor to provide transitional housing for up to fifteen (15) homeless veterans with and without dependents (spouse and/or children) within Bell County Temple, Belton, Killeen, Harker Heights. The request for quote 36C25718Q9868 provides further requirement details. Questions are due to Jennifer L. Salerno-Diciuccio, Contract Specialist, NCO 17 by August 24, 2018 at 12:00 pm CST via e-mail at Jennifer.Salerno-Diciuccio@va.gov. Answers will be provided via amendment posted to FedBizOpps no later than August 27, 2018 at 4:30 pm CST. Quotes are due no later than September 7, 2018 at 4:30 pm CST. All quotes will be submitted via e-mail to Jennifer.Salerno-Diciuccio@va.gov. Mailed or shipped quotes will not be accepted. All vendors are subject to a site visit by a multidisciplinary team to establish technical capability and site adherence to VA HCHV Program standards. This requirement is subject to multiple awards. Contractors who submit a quote to be considered will be able to house no less than 5 single veterans or veterans with dependents as described in the statement of work.
