- SF18 - Request for Quotations COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION #: N0017818Q0223 Su bmitted by: Kimberly Curtin NAI CS Code: 7025 FSC Code: 333314 Anticipated Date to be published in FEDBIZOPS: 09 August 2018 Anticipated Closing Date: 17 August 2018 Contracts POC Name: Kimberly Curtin Telephone#: 540-653-8839 Email Address: kimberly.curtin@navy.mil Code and Description: 70 - Automatic Data Processing Equipment (Including Firmware), Software, Supplies and Support Equipment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818Q0223 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) has a brand name requirement for the following items manufactured by FLIR, p/n D48E-SS-SS-000-SS, Qty 5; p/n PTU-KIT-E-STR-NA- Qty 5; p/n D48-BKT-LSTD, Qty 10. The use of another brand would result in unusable data for result comparisons and require retesting and replacement of existing equipment resulting in a duplication of costs and program delays. Quotes only accepted from authorized FLIR resellers. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 17 August 2018, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 15 September 2018.
