Description: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW FAR 12.603 Entrance Sign Purchase and Installation Saint Croix National Scenic Riverway, St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number: 140P6018Q0035 (iii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective 24 Jan 2018. (iv)This procurement is a total small business set aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 339950. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Place of Performance: St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, zip code: 54024 (v)This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following commercial item(s): LINE ITEMDESCRIPTIONPRICE 010Entrance Sign Purchase and Installation$ (vi)The contractor shall provide to the National Park Service a stone monolith base and frost footing with steel posts on which to attach the contractor provided identity sign per supplied drawings, Scope of Work, etc. In order, the contractor will remove the existing sign and its base, and then construct the new base, and then attach the contractor-provided, wooden sign. (vii)All work is anticipated to be completed by September 30, 2018 at Saint Croix National Scenic Riverway, 401 North Hamilton Street, St. Croix Falls, WI 54024. FOB Destination.
