Description

RFQ The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Office of Regulatory Science, Division of Bioanalytical Chemistry requires the purchase of a benchtop laser diffraction particle size analyzer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, (STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR 12 Acquisitions of Commercial Items, and the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures of FAR 13. The solicitations document/incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition NAICS Code 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. Please see attached RFQ for details
