No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Cable Reel Assembly, Fiber Optic; PRON: D18H0209D1, NSN: 6020-01-530-7677, PN: 13623134, Three (3) Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ); Maximum Quantity 1250, Minimum Buy Quantity 250, Minimum Order Quantity 100: Patriot Weapon System (D6). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Redstone Technical Test Center, Cottonwood Rd Bldg. 8022 MF 4500, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-8052 (W31P0W). Required delivery of first Delivery Order is 250 each, 180 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. No Technical Data Packages will be mailed out, all offerors shall be registered in FBO and Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified and must request access via FBO to obtain the Technical Data Package for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. "This Acquisition contains Technical Data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 12740. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government"
