- NSN: 6610005267849 Nomenclature: Pitot Tube DLA Aviation is soliciting to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). This solicitation will contain one (1) NSN for a Pilot Tube to be used on multiple Helicopters. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price - Long Term Contract (LTC). The solicitation will contain a One Year Base Period with Four One-Year Option Periods. The total duration, base plus option years shall not exceed five (5) years. Estimated Annual Demand Quantity: 184 each Guaranteed Minimum (Base Year only) Minimum Order Quantity: 46 each Maximum Order Quantity: 184 each There is no guarantee the Government will place any orders after the guaranteed minimum has been fulfilled. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection /Acceptance at Origin. Delivery for Production Items: 198 days ARO GOVERNMENT FIRST ARTICLE TESTING APPLIES. Complete First Article Test Information will be cited in the RFP. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about August 24, 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS on or about August 24, 2018 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
