Description

Presolicitation #: NIEHS_5010326 The government intends to award a sole source contract to Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD Biosciences Business Unit) for LRSFortressa MTO. This flow cytometer includes or uses FACSDiVa acquisition/analysis software that will interface or is compatible with current/ongoing studies that were acquired from the current Becton Dickinson LSRII flow cytometer. The LSRFortessa was the only flow cytometer compatible with the existing LSRII, FACSAriaII and software. Since the FACSDiVa platform that operates the LSRFortessa is identical to what is currently being used in the Flow Cytometry Center, existing acquisition software templates, acquisition SOPs, and data analysis pipelines will be directly transferable.
