Description of Requirement: Purchase of PEAKS Studio Software version 8.5 Summary Statement: This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued on or about August 9, 2018. Interested parties may request a copy of the solicitation or identify their interest and capability by contacting the contract specialist specified in this announcement. All responses to this pre-solicitation notice must be received by 12:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, on August 20, 2018 and must reference the announcement number specified above. Responses may be submitted electronically to Eric McKay, eric.mckay@nih.gov. Fax responses will not be accepted.
