- DWG - 20709 ADA Compliant Sidewalks & Parking SOLICITATION Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss is issuing a SOLICITATION NOTICE for an Request for Proposal (RFP) Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The project consist of providing additional ADA accessibility to the main entrance (west side) of Building 20709 in Fort Bliss, TX. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Women Owned Small Business under NAICS 238990 (Size Standard $15 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and bonding necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. Work under this contract will be located as follows: work to be performed in Ft. Bliss, TX. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive a government contract award. Bidders shall register in SAM as well at www.sam.gov. Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must also be current to qualify to receive a contract award.
