Description
This Amendment hereby addresses the following questions Question 1: Can you provide historical utilization data showing the number of bed days purchased for this effort for FY2017 so that pricing can be calculated as accurately as possible? Answer 1: In 2017, the Houston VA had (3) contracted residential programs. The program averages were 450(20 beds), 500(20 beds), and 850(30 beds) per month. Between the 3 contracts, utilization was approximately 16,000 beds. There would have been more, but all contracted programs closed 2 or more months before the end of FY17. Question 2: Is there an incumbent Contractor and id so can you provide the Contractors name? Answer 2: Salivation Army Harbor Lights and Sobriety Matters (formerly known as Directions of Recovery) Question 3: Can you provide utilization projection, in bed days for FY 2019? Answer 3: Projection is 10,950 bed days. The service line anticipates full capacity throughout the year, since there will be only one facility providing that level of care. The service line maintained 90% or more when all 3 programs were operating with a total of 80 beds between 3 programs. Question 4: Under Past Performance the RFQ states Please utilize attachment 1 Past Performance Worksheet for your references and please submit as part of your quote submission This attachment does not exist. Answer 4: Past Performance questionnaire is now attached. Question 5: Page 2 of the solicitation reads: (iv) The associated NAICS code is 624220 Temporary Shelters and small business size standard is $15 million. This s NAICS code does not exist. Answer 5: Correct NAICS code to reference is 623220 The close date has been changed to 08/20/2018 @ 1200 CST. All offerors are reminded to submit their quotes and all requested documents in accordance with the instructions to offerors section listed in the solicitation.
