- Atch 1 Product Description as of 9 Aug 2018 Updated combined synopsis solicitation 18-Q-2044 Amendment 01: The purpose of this amendment is to update the product description and extend the RFQ due date to 14 August 2018 at 5:00 p.m. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is solicited competitively and will be awarded using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The requirement is anticipated to be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside and awarded as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. Solicitation H92240-18-Q-2044 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The requirement is in support of Naval Special Warfare Group 2 for Civil Engineer Support Equipment (CESE) Shop Floor Resurface. Delivery is for Virginia Beach, VA. See attachments for further info. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek - Fort Story for interested and eligible quoters on 19 July 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. All interested quoters need to email NSWK2@socom.mil by COB 16 July 2017 to be placed on a visitor list and receive further instruction.
