Statement Of Work Solicitation W911YN18B5001 Expand Fire Suppression System Bldg 1001 Flt. Line Avionics / Tool Room / Tire Shop This is a Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a small business setaside under North American industry classification (NAICS) code is 238220. The size standard is $15M. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000 with a 150 calendar Day Period of Performance. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other itemsand services necessary to complete the work as Described in this Statement of Work. Work location is at the Air National Guard Base, Jacksonville International Airport, in Duval County, Florida. The project scope is to expand the automatic fire suppression system in Building 1001, to include the Flight LineAvionics offices and the Tool Room / Tire Shop under the mezzanine (combined 4652 SQ FT.). Install the additional wet pipe fire extinguishing sprinkler systems for complete fire protection coverage throughout the Flight Line Avionics offices and the Tool Room / Tire Shop under the mezzanine (combined 4652 SQ FT).Work shall include field surveys, analysis, flow calculations and drawings as required. Remove the addressable fire alarm detection devices that are located in the newly protected areas, as they are no longer required. Reprogram the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) and D21 Monaco Radio Reporting system with central receivers located in Buildings 5 and 44 as needed and recertify system.
