Description

Contract Maintenance Renewal. Solicitation N0042118Q0680 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with THERMO ELECTRON under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. THERMO ELECTRON is the OEM and only known company that can furnish the support. This notice is intent to Sole Source with Thermo Electron North Americas ***Basis for Award*** Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
