Description
1) The schedule of services identifies Scientific Refrigeration AND AIR CONDITIONING, AND AIR CIRCULATING EQUIPMENT services. However, Air Conditioning and air circulating products are not mentioned anywhere else in the solicitation. Air conditioning and air ciruculating products are not part of this requirement. 2) If AIR CONDITIONING, AND AIR CIRCULATING EQUIPMENT services are required, does this include Air Handling Units (AHU) preventative maintenance and filter change outs? Are Preventative Maintenance services required for smaller or portable air conditioning units. See Item 1. 3) The is no mention on how materials costs will be handled. Should the response include an estimate of material costs per year, and should that cost be added to the SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS table. Will the other direct cost handling methodology be used? You may provide a separate breakdown (apart from schedule B) to provide material costs. 4) Please identify where Attachment No. 1 for detailed equipment location information is located. See Attachment. 5) Should copies of Insurance certificates be provided in the response (Worker's Compensation and General Liability) No, those will be requested once an award decision has been made. 6)Will it be acceptable for the contractor to provide additional "loaner -80C freezers" at no charge for use at the site? Yes 7)Will a vehicle be required to support the on site staff? Yes
