- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C24718Q9503 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 238330, Flooring Contractors. This is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The requirement is for use at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center. Delivery location is Ralph H. Johnson Health Administration Medical Center, 109 Bee Street, Charleston, South Carolina 29401. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal, written solicitation will not be issued.
