- This solicitation is for the procurement of AIR FRESHENER CARTRIDGES ; National Stock Numbers (NSNs) 4460-01-443-4896 & 4460-01-443-4897, under a 5-year Standing Quote Agreement (SQA), with the annual reviews, not to exceed $50,000. Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of the NSNs and quoting instructions. Quoters MUST meet the conditions of the solicitation and the item MUST meet the specifications included in the Item Purchase Description (IPD). This award will serve as a Standing Quote Agreement (SQA). This procurement is NOT set-a side for small business.
