- Attachment 2 - Layout Attachment 1 - SOW RFQ - Flooring Bldg 1250 Remove existing carpeting from the 1st and 2nd floor of building 1250 on JBSA Fort Sam Houston. Provide and install carpet, tile, and cove base. See attached RFQ and SOW. All questions will be accepted until 2:00 PM (Central Time) on Wednesday, 22 August 2018. Questions regarding this RFQ shall ONLY be directed to 502d Contracting Squadron and shall be submitted in writing via email to julie.gavin@us.af.mil and jorge.canavati@us.af.mil. Reference "Solicitation FA3016-18-U-0272, Flooring - Bldg 1250" in the email subject line. Answers to questions will be made accessable to all potential offerors. Questions or discussions with other offerors and other government personnel may render a quote invalid.
