- J&A RFQ The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to purchase Cellebrite Equipment and Software. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-95 (13 July 2018). The solicitation number for this requirement is DJF-18-0600-PR-0009121 The Acquisition Technology Contracts Unit, intends to establish a single award, firm-fixed price type contract for the equipment listed below associated with this RFQ. Brand Name only will be accepted for this procurement. The Government contemplates to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. This procurement is being conducted using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. Proposals shall be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable ( Brand Name Only) (LPTA) selection process. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511 Custom Computer Programing Services The government reserves the right to make multiple awards under this solicitation
