Description

Request for Information (RFI): Office of the Customer Experience (OCX), Intranet Initiative for USDA Employees The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking information for the use of a service(s) or solution(s) to support the Office of the Customer Experience (OCX) Intranet Initiative for USDA employees. A OneUSDA Intranet site for two-way communications with all employees. This will enable the Secretary and all leaders to send a consistent message to all team members at the same time. This could be an overlay to existing Agency Intranet sites, not necessarily a replacement. Ideally, this would be the home screen for all employees. From this entry point, they could click away to any other site as they do today. Questions are due no later than August 17, 2018 by 5:00 pm EST/3:00 pm MST. Electronic Responses are due no later than August 27, 2018 by 5:00 pm EST/3:00 pm MST.
