Description
GAS PERSONAL MONITORS & DOCKING STATIONS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140L2218Q0014 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of August 14, 2018 and a close date of August 29, 2018. The solicitation documents and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-099. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 334519 with a size standard of 500. The Bureau of Land Management, New Mexico State Office requires the following products: Line Item One: PERSONEL MULT-GAS MONITORS Disposable multi-gas monitor with 2 year warranty. Sensors to include: H2S, CO, O2, LEL LEL should be infrared All sensors shall be immune to H2S Temperature range: -40F to 14F One button use Light weight <10oz monitor Line item Two: CALIBRATION/BUMP STATION (DOCKING) Station for calibration and testing of monitors under appropriate test gas, appropriate for use with above selected monitor. Offer must be in accordance to the line item specifications. Delivery and acceptance will be at the BLM-NMSO-Division of Minerals, 301 Dinosaur Trail, Santa Fe, NM 87508. The following attachments are hereby incorporated into the combined synopsis/solicitation. #1 Bid Schedule, #2 Evaluation Factors, #3 sol_140L2218Q0014, and the #4 SF 1449 The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable under this synopsis/solicitation: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and may be found at https://acquistions.gov. The evaluation will be competed on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://sam.gov. The solicitation is available at www.FedConnect.net.
