- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for this RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. The associated NAICS code is 333120 with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001 - Brand name, or equal to MB Companies, Inc (or equivalent) Model TKH-T, 32"x144" Poly brush with dual standard motors, electric/hydraulic swing valve with control box, 12 volts, parallel arm floatation system, 3-point broom mount, dirt deflector and rear 3-point high performance independent hydraulic system 1000 RPM that can attach and work with a TL 100 New Holland farm tractor. Quantity: 1 Unit: EA $ Contractor shall deliver this item within forty-five (45) calendar days of award. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: - Broom attachment must be able to mount to TL 100 New Holland farm tractors (Serial # 2420001138984...For information only) - Need 32" X 144" Poly Brush - Dual Standard broom rotation motors - Must be able to be controlled by TL 100 New Hollands Joystick - Parallel arm floatation system - Must have dirt deflector - Must have an attachable/Detachable water system PROVISIONS/CLAUSES. EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS: Quotes/offers will be evaluated IAW 13.106-2. Award decision will be based upon the offer representing the best value to the government considering the following factors: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). An offer is considered technically acceptable when all requirements are met. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 in order to receive a contract award.
