This contract is for the purchase and delivery of one All Terrain litter vacuum. Vacuum is to be a Tennant ATLV 4300 or equivalent. Must include the following installed features: a. Gradeability with either a full or empty hopper of 12 degrees b. Powered by a liquid cooled diesel engine with minimum 28 hp c. Able to climb 7 inch curb d. 8 diameter reinforced pick-up hose with minimum reach of 5 on both sides of machine. e.
