- SPE4A7-18- R-1461 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 265 each of NSN 1560-01-564-0899: A-10 FOAM SEGMENT, EXPLOSIVE. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. A Tech Data Package does not exist for this item. Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. The approved source for this material is listed below and it is expected that award will be made to that firm. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval.
