Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Officer 22 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with WaveMark, Inc. located 300 Baker Ave Ste. 207 Concord, MA 01742. The contractor provides services for hardware maintenance, software maintenance, interface maintenance, database administrator support services, and support services for all WaveMark Cath Lab inventory management systems. A firm fixed price contract with four option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. Justification for this sole source procurement IAW FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. NAICS Code 519190/$27.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses received by 4:00 PM (EST) on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 will be considered by the Government. Inquiries can be emailed to Kevin.vo@va.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted.
