See summary changes and applicable attachments for details. ***Bids must acknowledge receipt of all the amendments prior to the required response date and time specified in the amendment by completing items 8 and 15 and returning 1 copy of the SF 30 amendment document. Additionally, bids must acknowledge the amendment on the SF 1442.***
