- UPDATED SOW. REPLACES SECTION C DOCUMENT IN RFQ. REQUEST FOR QUOTE DOCUMENT This is a request for quotes for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part12 and 13. This acquisition is a firm-fixed price and is solicited as a small business set-aside. This is an all-or-nothing requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in the scope of work.
