Description

Attached is a redacted version of the Justification & Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition. Attached is the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for RFP SP4701-18-R-0043. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has a requirement to purchase annual maintenance to its existing StayLinked and Soti MobiControl software licenses, which are currently provided under SP4701-16-C-0088 (ends December 31, 2019), SP4701-16-F-0112 (ends September 17, 2018), and contract NNG07DA41B/N00164-13-F-0167 (ends September 17, 2018). The Enterprise Software & Mobility Services (J64C) team requires this software to support wireless products within DLA. This contract will have a 12-month base period, one (3)-month option period and one (12)-month option period.
