RFQ 36C25218Q9808 Decontamination/Clean Up Sink This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation is for 100% set aside for Small Business. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is soliciting offers from Small Businesses to supply Milo C Huempfner VA CBOC (GREEN BAY) with a new decontamination/clean up sink. The government believes the manufacturer of the requirement is Steris Corporation. Please provide Brand name or Equal. Respondents to this solicitation must fully demonstrate their capability by supplying detailed quote information along with any other documents necessary to support the requirements below.
