Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Department of Veterans Affairs The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition at the Alamosa Clinic located in Alamosa CO. The current lease is expired August 13, 2017. Requirement State: Colorado City: Alamosa Delineated Area: N: Clark St., S: Main St./US Hwy 160, E: Craft Dr., W: Del Sol Dr. Maximum RSF: 4,156 Space Type: Clinical All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy, the space is required on or before August 14, 2017. Term, lease term will be 10 years, 5 year firm, 5 non-firm. The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise the department of Veteran Affairs intends to pursue a sole source succeeding lease acquisition with the current Lessor located at 622 Del Sol Drive, Alamosa, CO 81101. The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider the cost of moving, tenant improvements, etc., when deciding whether the Alamosa Community Based Outpatient Clinic should relocate. Any expressions of interest to receive the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) should be directed to Richard Kern, Lease Contracting Officer. Email is the preferred method of communication.
