- Determination to not set aside Small Business Clauses Pricing Sheet The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville NY, intends to issue solicitation RFQ15B211191STQTRBREAD for the acquisition of fresh bread products. The estimated quarterly quantities are 12,000 loaves wheat bread, 35,000ea hot dog buns, and 45,000ea hamburger buns. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of October 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Two Mile Drive Otisville, NY 10963-0600 once a week. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered equivalent. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 16, 2018 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. Faith based and community based organizations can submit offers/ quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of receipt of quotes is September 6, 2018 11:00am EST. Payment will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or purchase card. Each vendor is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications.
