Description

DHA Statement of Work The United States Army Medical Research Acquisitions Activity (USAMRAA), on behalf of the Defense Health Agency (DHA), is issuing this notice of Intent to Award a Contract from a single source solicitation. This is NOT a request for quotations. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to compensate any interested parties/offerors for costs incurred from the preparation and/or submission of responses to this notice. The Government has a requirement to procure high-speed cable and internet services required for a DHA office located in Silver Spring, MD. USAMRAA intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price contract via a single source solicitation under the authority of FAR Part 13. The current and prospective provider of high-speed cable and internet services at the DHA Silver Spring, MD office is COMCAST OF POTOMAC, LLC. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued as a single source solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 517311. Sources which believe they are eligible to provide these services must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and demonstrable evidence articulating the ability to provide the services outlined herein. A request for documentation with not be considered an affirmative response. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. If no written responses are received by the date listed below, which reflects fifteen (15) days after the publication of this notice, the resultant contract will be awarded. This notice is provided solely as information to the marketplace. Information submissions must be received by the Government representative no later than 1500hrs Washington, DC Time on 31 August 2018.
