Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. Do not submit a proposal or quote. Vendors are invited to provide responses to the request below. This RFI is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items/services, or for the Government to pay for the information received. The purpose of this RFI is to identify solutions that can help U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) with the Software Engineering Environment (SE2) mission. Scope: CECOM SEC is seeking support for various technologies as part of the SE2 initiative. The SE2 program's mission is to provide SEC's software engineering teams with a standard set of core software engineering tools and capabilities deployed as managed services with a focus on rapid development and deployment. Goal: To acquire subject matter expert support and assistance with a focus on architecture advice and issue resolution while SEC continues to develop, deploy, and implement the ongoing SE2 mission requirements beginning in FY19. SEC would prefer to acquire support in one-week (40 hour) increments as problem resolution is required. The technologies in which SEC requires subject matter expertise currently includes: • Microsoft (SQL Server, Team Foundation Server, SharePoint, Project Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analytics Services, SQL Server Integration Services) • Atlassian (JIRA Software, Crowd, Fisheye, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crucible, various accompanying plug-ins) • Citrix (XenApp, Xen Desktop, Netscaler) • Jenkins and various accompanying plug-ins • VMWare (VCenter, ESXi) • Solarwinds (Kiwi, Orion, Dameware) • CISCO (Routers, Switches, Security) • Redhat Enterprise Linux • HP Arcsight • Riverbed Steelhead
