Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C24718Q9505 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing. This requirement is not a set aside. The requirement is for use at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center. Delivery location is Carl Vinson Veterans Health Administration Medical Center, 1826 Veterans Blvd, Dublin, Georgia 31021.
