NAICS CODE: 236220: Commercial and Institutional Building Construction C. FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT D. This acquisition has been designated for procurement as a Women-Ow ned Small Business Set-aside and w ill be aw arded via sealed bidding IAW FAR Part 14. E. The project magnitude for this requirement is IAW FAR 36.204(e) betw een $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. F. Payment and Performance Bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. G. The construction w age requirements statue (Davis-Bacon) FL180005, Building - FL5 applies to this project. H. The Period of Performance is 365 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). I. A site visit for this project w ill be held on 28 August 2018 at 9:30 AM CST. See Page X for additional details.
