Description

AF Form 66 AF Form 3065 AF Form 3064 AF Form 3000 Wage Determination Appendix A Statement of Work Solicitation A. Project Title: REPAIR BACKFLOW PREVENTORS B. NAICS CODE: 237110 C. The resulting contract w ill be a firm-fixed price contract. See section J for applicable attachments. D. This acquisition has been designed for procurement as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside and w ill be aw arded via sealed bidding IAW FAR Part 14. E. The project magnitude for this requirement is IAW FAR 36.204(d) betw een $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 F. Payment and Performance Bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102 G. The construction w age requirements statue (Davis-Bacon) FL180005 Building FL5 applies to this project. H. The Period of Performance is 270 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). I. A site visit for this project w ill be held on 27 August 2018 at 8:30 AM CST.
