Description

VISN 22 Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22), Long Beach California intends to enter into a sole source contract with San Diego Regional Healthcare Information Exchange, 5575 Ruffin Rd. Suite 225, San Diego, CA 92123. There is no solicitation. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99-1. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Request for Proposal is RFP 36C26218R0762. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 518210. The NCO intends to purchase services for an annual Health Information Exchange Membership Fee for the VA San Diego Healthcare System. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received shall be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. No telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
