- RFQ Form to be returned to attend site visit This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 in combination with FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1645BC-18-Q-0035 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR FAC 2005-9 July 16,2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337127 Industrial Furniture Manufacturing. Small business size standard is 500 employees. Items are to be furnished in accordance with the specifications in the attached statement of work (SOW). If offerors wish to submit multiple options, please do so as separate quotations. Multiple quote submissions are allowed.FAR 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate (May 2014) must be completed and submitted with quotations. A site visit will be established for vendors on September 5, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Interested offerors must return the attached site visit form no later than 9:00AM August 27,2018 to Jennifer McKeever at mckeever.jennifer@dol.gov. Offerors must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quotes must be received by Jennifer McKeever, Contract Specialist, no later than 2:00 PM (EDT) on 09/12/2018. Quotes will be accepted by e-mail at Mckeever.Jennifer@dol.gov. Electronic quotes must be submitted in a format compatible with Microsoft Office or Adobe. Quotes must be valid for a period of 90 days and include enough information for the Government to make a determination that the Contractor can responsibly deliver the required products and services. All questions on this requirement must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Contract Specialist by 09/06/2018 12:00 pm (EDT). Any questions for which answers can be provided may be conveyed to prospective Offerors by amendment to this RFQ on or around 9/07/2018, without reference as to the originating source. Phone calls will not be accepted.
