Description

This requirement is for a six month option to extend services for the FY18 Gray Eagle Performance Based Logistics (PBL) effort, in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 - Option to Extend Services, as prescribed in FAR 17.208(f). The six month extension of services for the FY18 PBL effort will provide maintenance and repair support from 24 October 2018 to 23 April 2019 for the entire Gray Eagle Unmanned Aircraft fleet. The effort is anticipated to be Sole Source to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc., in accordance with 10 United States Code 2304(c)(1). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty (30) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
