- SF_30_Amendment-001b SF_30_Amendment-001a RFQPPA180119-Predictive Maintenance Service-PC The purpose of this amendment -001 is to make Pen Changes to the RFQ, Answer Question to Solicitation,add a site visit and extend due dates. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Question The Question was asked if there would be a Site Visit? Answer Yes. See below. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There will be one (1) pre-quotation conference/site visit on the following Date and Place and Time; Date: Monday August 27, 2018. Place: Capitol Power Plant (CPP), located at 25 E St SE Washington, District of Columbia 20515 Time : 09:00 (Please arrive 15 minutes prior) *** Note*** Agenda and map of direction to the site visit will be emailed to Offerors that R.S.V.P. Attendance at the pre-quotation conference/site visit is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. Questions will be considered at any time prior to or during the site visit; however quoter will be asked to confirm verbal questions in writing. Subsequent to the site visit, an amendment to the solicitation containing an abstract of the questions and answers recorded and a list of attendees will be disseminated. In order to attend the site visit, the quoter shall register with the Contracting Officer via email at dfuqua@aoc.gov. There is a maximum of three (3) individuals per company. The information required to be submitted to the Contracting Specialist shall be the information listed below; • Name of Company • Size of party attending (How many will be attending) • Name of Individuals attending • Title of person attending (President, CEO, CFO, Etc.) • Email Address (If someone other than the person attending is scheduling their RSVP, please submit email for both requester and attendee) • Physical Address • Cell Phone of person attending (In case of changes the morning of site visit) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pre-quotation conference/site visit questions are due by 10:00 a.m. ET August 31, 2018. The questions regarding the solicitation have been extended from 10:00 P.M. August 30, 2018 to 10:00 A.M. September 7, 2018 and are due in writing to the Contracting Officer, via email at dfuqua@aoc.gov. Questions received after this time may not be answered. Verbal questions will not be answered. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED OR ACCEPTED ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The due date for receipt of quote have been extended from, 10:00 P.M. (ET) September 6, 2018 to 10:00 A.M. (ET) September 14, 2018. Please make pen changes on RFQ “RFQPPA180119-Predictive_Maintenance_Service-PC". Deletions of Anthony Rowells name to add Donald Fuqua. (Deletions are highlighted in orange), (Additions are in Blue Font). Refer to page 1 of 65 and 23 of 65 for changes. All pages of All SF_30_Amendments SHALL be signed and returned along with quote, per standard form 30, item 13(E).
