Description: Wage Determination 15-5341 (Rev. 9) Statement of Work RFQ Combo *Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY19- F2Z3S78165AW02 FSS Aerobics Instructor Service, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 611620 with a size standard of $7.5 million. The subject RFQ number is: F2Z3S78165AW02 FSS Aerobics Instructor Service McConnell AFB, KS 67221-3702 plans to acquire the following project: FSS Aerobics Instructor Service The RFQ consists of the following items to be quoted on. Failure to quote on all CLINs may render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration. The Aerobics Instructor Service also includes a second item for Fitness Equipment Maintenance Parts to be priced at $9,200 for the lot (as dictated by the government). This amount of $9,200 for the lot of maintenance parts will stand for the base year and each exercised option year (for CLIN 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002 and 4002). Thus, this item of Fitness Equipment Maintenance Parts does not require a quote becauses it is dictated by the government at that price.
