Description

NSWC, IHEODTD Indian Head, intends to award a sole source contract to Eaglepicher Technologies, LLC, Joplin MO. This Procurement is for EAP-12312 thermal batteries. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 335911 with a Size Standard of 1250 (# of employees). The FSC code is 6135. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1).
