POC: Wilmen Joa | email: Wilmen.Joa@va.gov DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO, American Veteran Office Furniture LLC., for the Mental Health Furniture. The Vendor shall be responsible for ensuring that vendor employees providing work on the required equipment are fully trained and completely competent to perform the required work. Specify what training and education is required for the clinical staff to be competent in using/operating the supply. This is an urgent procurement. Market research was conducted and determined that sole sourcing this requirement is in the best interest of the Government. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 2), Manhattan Campus Medical Center intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1)-FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to American Veteran Office Furniture LLC., 4128 NE 5th St Renton, WA, 98059-4708. American Veteran Office Furniture LLC. will provide items below, and installation & training as needed to Manhattan Campus Medical Center. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
