- The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to issue RFQ 36C282-18-Q-9733 for Unarmed Security Guard Services for the Northeast Wisconsin Ambulatory Care Clinics in Wisconsin. The three clinics are located in Green Bay, WI, Appleton WI, and Cleveland, WI. This firm-fixed price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 561612. Please see RFQ document 36C252-18-Q-9733 for requirements. Offerors are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C252-18-Q-9733. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation. Quotes are due no later than 0900 Central, September 6, 2018. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
