Description
As Docked Drawing Plan Profile Drawing Compartment and Tanks Drawing GA Drawing Revised Statement of Work in accordance with previous Ship Check site visit. This replaces previous SOW posted. *This Amendment posts the revised SOW, revised PoP, and additional specs. Response date is extended accordingly.* The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD), Oakland, CA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Potential Offeror to provide all labor and materials to accomplish dry dock repairs onboard FS-65 MARY ANN located at the Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet, 2595 Lake Herman Road, Benicia, CA 94510, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The requested period of performance is on or after August 30th, 2018 with vessel placed in dry dock no later than 5 days after arrival to the Ship Yard and vessel leaving the Ship Yard to return to the fleet no later than September 30th, 2018. SITE VISIT A site visit will be conducted onboard the MARY ANN at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, August 8, 2018. All potential offerors intending to submit an offer should plan to attend site visit. Failure of a prospective offeror to submit any questions or to attend the site visit will be construed to mean that the offeror fully understands all requirements of the solicitation. Prospective offerors are advised that the site visit will be held solely to allow offerors an opportunity to gain the best possible understanding of the working environment and specific work items to be addressed under contract in order that they may prepare an accurate and complete price quote. All prospective offerors are advised that at the conclusion of the site visit, unless this solicitation is amended in writing, it will remain unchanged and, that if an Amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of any such amendment shall be applicable.
