- This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm-fixed-price construction contract for FALL CREEK TRAIL PROJECT located at Alsea, Oregon. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Work shall be completed two months after issuance of notice-to-proceed. The NAICS code is 237990 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. The Government intends to award, without discussions, to the responsible respondent submitting quotation with an evaluated price determined fair and reasonable and considered to be the best value to the Government; price and other factors will be considered, pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation will be issued on or about 08/23/18. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
