- Salient Characteristics Sources Sought The Research and Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), Simulation and Training Technology Center (STTC), Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Field Office requires the procurement of one (1) fNIR High-Density Imaging System. CLIN 0001- Quantity: One (1) - Unit of Measure: Each - BIOPAC - fNIR 303s or EQUIVALENT The Contractor shall provide one (1) BIOPAC fNIR 303S (functional near-infrared spectroscopy) Imaging System with the key capabilities which all be met or exceeded by equivalent products:  A stand-alone wireless fNIR unit  A minimum of 18 channels of information  Portable (operational in outside/outdoor environments/settings [non-hospital, non-laboratory, non-office])  Emit infrared light at 730 nanometer (nm) and 850 nm wavelengths  Compatible with Microsoft EXCEL software package  Compatible with computers with Central Processing Unit (CPU): Two (2) GigaHertz (GHz) quad-core processor or better.  High temporal and spatial resolution  Two-way Synchronization capability  Real-time Data Display  Two-way Synchronization  Wearable Sensor Headband  High temporal and spatial resolution  Non-reactive to electromagnetic interferenceHigher Frame Rates-10 Hertz (Hz) or better  No configuration or programming software requirement for data interpretation  The Contractor shall provide one (1) fNIR unit with all required operating hardware (excluding computer) and software  The Contractor shall provide all batteries and Alternating Current (AC) power cords  The Contractor shall provide two (2) sensor cables  The Contractor shall provide seven (7) fNIR Sensor Pads Warranty and Technical Support  The Contractor shall provide one (1) year of technical support via (telephone and computer communication)  The Contractor shall provide a one (1) year warranty for all parts (replacement) and labor  The Contractor shall provide one (1) fNIR training session CLIN 0002 - Quantity: One (1) - Unit of Issue: Each - Shipping The preferred method is F.O.B. Destination with shipping charges included in the unit price. The Contractor shall deliver within thirty (30) calendar days after date of contract.
