Description

Solicitation 36C252-18-Q-9732 Notice of Intent to Sole Source, reference FAR 6.302-1. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring brand name only Carescape Transport Monitors B450 for the Edward Hines Jr. Hospital in Hines, IL. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b), a purchase order to TrillaMed, LLC., 30100 Telegraph Road, Suite 366, Bingham Farms, Michigan 48025, as the only responsible source to provide the above items. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is VAAR 819.7008. The applicable NAICS Code is 339112 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, if you would like to respond, do so by 10:00 AM on August 28, 2018.
