- PWS DRAFT Acronym List (DRAFT) US Government Information System Access Metrix (DRAFT) C-130J Aircraft Mid-Cycle Paint Work Spec (DRAFT) C-130 FY19 CDMWA DRAFT C-130H and C-130J Catalog M Task FFP (DRAFT) List CDRLs (DRAFT) Safety (DRAFT) Government Furnished Property (DRAFT) C-130H PDM Work Specification (DRAFT) Request for Information #3 REQUEST FOR INFORAMTION C-130 Heavy Maintenance Assumptions: Access to Government information systems required to perform the total scope of work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is controlled by the administrators of those information systems (see Appendix H of PWS). Some of the information systems required under this effort will restrict access of foreign personnel. Consequently, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) C-130 Hercules Division (WLN) is excluding all foreign participation for subject procurement. Additionally, due to aircraft and aircrew availability, AFLCMC/WLN is requiring contractor's facilities be located in the Continental United States. AFLCMC/WLN requests your input on the attached DRAFT PWS and on the following inquires. Please include your company's name, address, cage code, and point of contact with phone and email address information. •1. Would your company price a ten (10) year contract? Please provide any perceived associated risks on the Government awarding a ten (10) year contract and describe how a ten (10) year contract would impact your company's ability to perform the total scope of work. •2. C-130J PDMS may be added to the final PWS. Please provide any perceived associated risk with adding C-130J PDMS, describe how adding C-130J PDMS would impact your company's ability to perform the total scope of work, and describe your company's experience with C-130J PDM or heavy maintenance? •3. Additional drop-in PDM paint work may be included in the final PWS. Please provide any perceived associated risks on drop-in PDM paint work and describe how sending additional aircraft to your facility for paint only work would impact your company's ability to perform the total scope of work. •4. Multiple awards. Government may award multiple contracts for this effort. Please provide any perceived associated risks on Government awarding multiple contracts and describe how the Government awarding multiple contracts would impact your company's ability to perform the total scope of work. a. If the contract is awarded to two (2) or more businesses i. Would your company continue to be interested in competing if the Government guarantees (1) each/PDM? ii. Would your company continue to be interested in competing if the Government guarantees (2) each/PDM? iii. Would your company continue to be interested in competing if the Government guarantees (3) each/PDM b. What would the yearly minimum PDM quantity be for your company to maintain your workforce? c. Would your company have any interest to compete if all work above minimum guaranteed PDMs were competed between offerors (O&A PDM, UDLM, Mid-Cycle Paint - all types)?
