- PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT The Mississippi Army National Guard Medical Command has a requirement for calibration and repair of hearing booths This requirement is being conducted under the simplified acquisition procedures. The intended procurement will be classified under NAICS code 811219 with a Small Business Size Standard of $20,500,000. employees, the PSC code of J065. PWS is attached. All request for information shall be emailed to the contracting specialist listed in this solicitation, brian.p.fortune.mil@mail.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W9127Q-18-R-0050 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68. This acquisition is set aside for small business. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed price contract. Award can only be made to those offerors that hold an active registration through the System for Award Management (SAMs).
